The Sun published a chart of the plane’s flight path, showing its flight path was erratic.
In a statement provided to the media, Walmart reportedly confirmed the evacuation of its Tupelo store. A Walmart official said, “We are working closely with local investigators.”
The ABC said in a report that on social media Twitter, multiple witnesses claimed to have seen the plane flying low overhead. Others said the plane was “flying in circles” early in the morning.
It is reported that the pilot was “probably” flying a Beechcraft aircraft. The plane has been flying over the city of Tupelo since about 5 a.m. ET on the 3rd.
