Microsoft says it applies toWindowsThe OneDrive client on ARM and Apple M1 devices will be available to Current Channel (Preview) channel users in early December, and the test is expected to be completed in mid-December. Regular users will get the update between late January and mid-February.
To enable preview, users will need to join Current Channel (Preview) and enable preview in OneDrive Settings>About. Users can also choose to log out in OneDrive Settings>About. The function of the client is the same, but the performance of the ARM client may be better.
