With Apple now releasing the first release candidate of macOS 12.4 to developers, it also announced that the Studio Display update will come separately.
“Support for Studio Display firmware update 15.5, available as a separate update, refines camera tweaks, including improvements to noise reduction, contrast, and framing,” Apple said.
This means that this fix, and possibly any further fixes, will be downloadable by users themselves, rather than requiring a full macOS update.
