Through video comparison, it can be found that “Call of Duty 19” accurately restores the overall structure of the city of Amsterdam, as well as most of the buildings.

This certainly isn’t the first time Call of Duty has used real-world locations in the game, but it’s definitely the best it’s ever done. Even small details, like a sign prohibiting alcohol on the street, or the color of the storefront have been recreated. However, almost all names and logos have been changed, probably for copyright reasons.
A map from 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare titled “Piccadilly” recreates Piccadilly Square, a landmark in London, England, known for its giant billboards. The location then briefly became a popular travel destination for TikTok users. At the time, TikTok users created a trend of pointing out locations in the real world that campers liked in the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
