Starbucks appoints Narasimhan as new CEO to take office in April

Narasimhan will join Starbucks in October to learn about the company and its plans to overhaul the company, before becoming CEO next April.

Until then, Howard Schultz will remain as interim CEO of Starbucks.coffeeThe chain grows into a global giant. Schultz will remain on Starbucks’ board after Narasimhan succeeds him.
