Of course, the S6 Lite from previous years was updated to Android 12 a few months ago and was eligible for another update (with another year of security patches to follow). Given the relatively old hardware, it’s unclear what update schedule to expect for the 2022 version.
Another thing we noticed was the price – the 4/64GB model costs €400, which is €20 more than the original two years ago (this may be a difference in regional pricing). Also, haven’t seen the 128GB version or the LTE version appear, although that may be because the 2022 model just launched and stores are still updating their online inventory information (the 2022 version isn’t available in Italy yet)Samsungdisplayed on the website).
Almost all the rest of the details are the same. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) features a 10.4-inch LCD with 2000 x 1200px resolution and support for the included S Pen. It is powered by a Snapdragon 720G chipset (4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and a micro SD slot) and a 7040mAh battery. A pair of AKG-tuned speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
