Play again… We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.” R Star rejected the player’s refund on the grounds that the game has been updated and can be played.
Other users also expressed their views under this post. User Timbur512 stated that this is the default reply for refunds: “Haha, I just received the same reply… Damn, return my money to me.”
Another user, MasterlazorX, added: “Sadly, this is just copy/paste nonsense. I think Star R is a sloppy company and very lazy. Their glory is gone.”
