The Snapdragon 778G Plus has a “G” in its model name, and it’s a gaming-optimized version. Just like Qualcomm’s high-end chips, this SoC uses a 1+3+4 CPU cluster. Nothing Phone (1) will also come with 8GB of RAM. We’ve seen some midrangecell phoneIt comes with 12GB of RAM, but the smartphone’s Android skin may have been optimized to handle the lower amount of RAM.
Nothing Phone (1) will be based on Android 12, but will come with the company’s own custom Nothing OS, and you can expect this model to receive Android 13 shortly after the official update.
