The good news is that, with the market returning to rationality — EVGA will no longer push orders for freshly available RTX 30 graphics cards to the GPU Queue starting tomorrow — the company didn’t immediately take down the app, either.
The first graphics card SKU to be kicked out of GPU Quene is the EVGA GeForce RTX 30 FTW3 series (currently available for purchase at any time), including the RTX 3080 FTW3 Gaming, which is favored by gamers (to be removed from the queue tomorrow).
It is expected that soon, EVGA will completely cancel the reservation queue notification system, which will be dynamically adjusted according to actual inventory. Last year, the company came under fire from the community for considering prioritizing sales of graphics cards to consumers who had never bought one.
But after causing an uproar, EVGA re-enabled the queuing system within 24 hours and apologized to consumers for the previous careless decision.

Tom’s HardwareNote: EVGA contacted them nearly 48 hours in advance, explaining that due to the sheer volume, the pending order for their graphics card (which happens to be the GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Gaming) will be removed from the notification queue.
While it’s unclear when EVGA will remove more RTX 30-series graphics cards from the queue, judging from the status quo, we expect both the company and consumers to usher in a better inventory from next month.
As of press time, EVGA is still selling RTX 30-series graphics cards at higher prices, and there are almost no discounts on the online store. If you are not a fan of a specific brand, you can also go to Amazon, Newegg and other retail channels to buy it if you are in a hurry.
