The Consumer Council of Guangdong Province believes that the “three no products”, unqualified labels and identifications, inconsistencies between online sales pages and physical identification information, and “return of praise” found in this investigation violated relevant national laws and regulations. The market principle of good faith violates important legal rights such as consumers’ right to know and fair transaction rights.
