According to the changelog in the official documentation, Edge 103 brings the following feature updates:
● Ability to control automatic account switching
The GuidedSwitchEnabled policy allows Microsoft Edge to prompt the user to switch to the appropriate account when Microsoft Edge detects that the link is a personal or work link.
● Client certificate switcher
This feature will provide a way for users to clear the remembered certificate and redisplay the certificate selector when visiting a site that requires http certificate authentication. Switching can be done without manually exiting Microsoft Edge.
● More reliable network defenses
with the help ofWindowsMicrosoft Edge on Microsoft Defender SmartScreen library rewritten to more reliably protect browsing the web. The NewSmartScreenLibraryEnabled policy will allow enterprise customers to continue using the older version of the library until it is deprecated in Microsoft Edge version 105.
● Job search banner in Microsoft Edge address bar
This banner helps you maintain your workflow by narrowing your search focus to job-only results. To see work-focused results for your organization, select Banner at the start of your search. To be directed to your organization’s workplace search results page, select Banner anywhere in your search. useAddressBarMicrosoftSearchInBingProviderEnabledPolicy to turn this feature on or off.
There are also some policy changes and updates:

Microsoft Edge will update automatically, but you can force Edge 103 to be installed by navigating to edge://settings/help.
