First cut the white shell of the data cable plug, the inside of the shell is a steel sleeve fixed by spot welding, and the USB-C male head is fixed.
The steel sleeve is a two-piece structure, which is fixed with the USB-C male head by spot welding, which is very firm.

The end of the steel sleeve is used to fasten the cable, which plays a role of grounding and fixing, and the inner space of the steel sleeve is filled by injection molding.
An E-Marker chip is welded on the front of the USB-C small board, and glue is applied to the welding place of the USB-C male terminal.
The cable is welded on the back of the small board, and the welding place is also reinforced with glue. It can be seen from the dismantling pictures that the positive and negative contacts inside the terminal are widened and thickened to reduce the contact resistance.

Continue to disassemble the other end of the terminal, the gap between the terminal board and the steel sleeve is filled and fixed with hard glue, which is firm and reliable.
One side of the small board is welded with the negative wire core, the yellow VCONN wire core, the white and green USB2.0 wire core, the blue CC wire core and the red positive wire core, and the solder joints are glued and insulated.
